Madison's first tent camping trip!

Alan took Madison on her very first weekend tent camping trip to Montreat, NC! Madison has been to Montreat twice and it's the ideal spot for a first camping trip! He picked her up from school on Friday and they headed up. After a lunch stop in Hendersonville at Sonic, they made their way!

They got set up and headed to the playground and creeks

After playing for a few hours, they headed back and started a fire!

A Montreat Wedding

Alan's youngest brother got married Saturday in beautiful Montreat, NC. It was our first time going but will not be our last! It's so beautiful! The rehearsal dinner and wedding were so beautiful. All the sweet words about William and Rachel were so sweet and emotional! Alan even got out on the dance floor with me to dance at the reception! Congrats you guys! Here's to a lifetime of happiness and memories!

A HUGE thank you to my mom and stepdad for watching the girls most of the weekend. They stayed in the room next to us and kept the girls most of the time and of course the girls wanted to hang out with them while we were in our rooms and Madison even slept in there. We couldn't have done as much this weekend without the help and we are so thankful.
